Discover handcrafted Japanese tone with the Muramatsu EX Flute, available at Irvine Art and Music. As the entry point into Muramatsu's respected lineup, the EX is built with the same careful workmanship found on the brand's higher-tier models, making it a trusted choice for developing and intermediate players ready to step up to a professional-grade instrument.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Each EX flute is handmade in Japan and fitted with a solid silver headjoint paired with a silver-clad body and keys. Drawn tone holes and an open-hole (French model) design give players precise control and a responsive feel, while the instrument's quality construction carries forward the tonal character Muramatsu flutes are known for.

Offset G Key Placement

This model is configured with an offset G key, positioning the G key slightly forward of the other left-hand keys for a natural, relaxed hand position. It's a configuration well suited to players who prefer the added ergonomic comfort during extended practice and performance.
