All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email when your order has shipped.
Ship Time
Once shipped, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates (Domestic)
- For orders over $200, shipping is FREE
- For orders under $200, shipping is a flat $20
In-store pickup
We offer free local pickup at our store. Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be ready for pickup within 1 business day. We'll email you when your order is ready!

Please bring your order confirmation & valid photo ID when you come to pick up your order. Photo ID and order confirmation must match in order to pick up.
Please call 949-559-3069 upon arrival for curbside pickup for any assistance or information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@irvineartandmusic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
