The Classical Strings VL85 (1/2 size) is crafted on an Antonio Stradivari 1715–style pattern and built by Vince Chen in Luthier John Wu’s Beijing workshop. With a European spruce top and a two-piece, highly flamed Russian maple back, this VL85 speaks with clear projection, warm resonance, and quick response—an excellent step-up choice for intermediate to advanced students. The oil-based Cremona-style bright reddish-orange varnish adds a classic look while letting the wood ring freely.

• Expert inspection & setup: Each cello is examined, adjusted, and play-tested by our in-house technician to ensure excellent playing condition (bridge and soundpost checked, pegs fitted, general setup optimized).

• Cosmetics: Expect minor cosmetic blemishes such as light scratches, small dings, or finish marks consistent with normal use.
